3. Invest & Budget
in each Care Plan through any of the following: employer benefits, participant payments, discounts from our providers, and/or Day 7 scholarships.

4. Create a New Rhythm
that can include life-giving activities, professional services, and identified self-care practices. Components of each Care Plan can be modified at any time.
