About: Mind, Body & Soul

By starting this Summit in January, we hope to provide support for you as we enter the new year; and empower you all year long as you develop new goals and resolutions for your holistic health.

Over these three days, we will provide workshops addressing wellness for your mind, body, and soul.


Delve into topics addressing individual and community mental health, including: burnout, conflict management, and boundaries in ministry. 



Redefine physical health. Learn how to love your body well during this day with workshop topics, including: nutrition, yoga, skincare, and fitness. 



Learn how to develop your emotional health during “Soul” day. Workshop topics include: grief writing, dreamwork and vision boarding.

I am signing up for my organization. How do I make sure both employees receive access to the event?
After purchasing the Organization Pass, Day 7 will email you an access code. Using the access code, register each employee with their individual email address in Eventbrite.
When will I receive my Zoom link?
At the beginning of each day, you will receive the Zoom links for each workshops you purchased.
How do I use my promo code?
