Starting April 2023, Day 7 will be hosting a quarterly workshop series highlighting self-care subjects, led by rotating guest speakers. New to self-care or just looking for new ways to practice self-care? This series is for you! Check back or sign up for our newsletter to learn about the next workshop in the series!
2023 Day 7 Discovery Series Schedule
  • This Month's Workshop: Remo HealthRHYTHMS Drum Circle
    • Thursday, June 22nd | 11:00am - 12:15pm
    • Certified Remo Drum Circle Facilitator and Spiritual Director, Renee Farkas will be facilitating a drum circle according to the Remo HealthRHYTHMS Protocol.
    • Proven through peer reviewed research, participation in Remo Drum Circles reduces stress hormones and increases a sense of well-being and job satisfaction among healthcare workers over a six week period.
      • Notes about this workshop:
        • A limited number of drums will be provided, also feel free to bring your own. No musical, drum, or group circle experience needed.
        • Open to those with no musical or drum experience or talent whatsoever. It is recreational music-making for enjoyment and connection with our own heartbeat and with others in the circle. No one will be put on the spot—it is up to you as to your level of involvement and participation. 
    • This Drum Circle is open to all desiring to have fun with friends and try something new!
