Becoming Shouldless

Should. It’s a word we use often. Pam Brown hears it all of the time in coaching sessions with her clients. Pam believes this innocent sounding word actually has a lot of shame embedded in it. How motivated are you to do things you “should” do? Pam has developed Becoming Shouldless, group coaching for people who want to change their thinking and their focus. Workshop attendees will learn some of the strategies Pam shares with her Becoming Shouldless group participants. You will leave this workshop prepared to reframe some of your shoulds and completely eliminate others. Consider your attendance an act of self care!

2:00pm – 3:00pm | Mental Health

Using Art to Reconnect with Self

Breathwork: Relieve Stress, Balance Energy, & Improve Sleep

Breathwork is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system. Most of us are stuck on autopilot, and we’re getting bounced around by our environment, leaving us feeling wired but tired, imbalanced, and frazzled. Breathwork offers many of the same benefits as meditation, but it’s easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and the results are very predictable.

Here’s What You’ll Learn & Practice During the Workshop:

  • Water Breathing – to balance your nerves and steady your mood
  • Wine Breathing – to reduce stress and anxiety and to sleep better
  • Coffee Breathing – to help you wake up, prepare for exercise, and naturally energize By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave feeling confident knowing which type of breath to use and when to use it
