The Wisdom of Colors

When all you see is the color orange during meditation, what might that mean? When green and blue are the dominant colors in a dream, what wisdom do they hold? Join Spiritual Director and Level III Reiki Therapist, Kasey Hitt, as she explores ways colors tell us the truth and offer insight. Learn how she integrates looking and listening for color in her own life and in her work with others. Wear the color you’re most drawn to for the workshop.

Tools to Simplify Daily Life

As we develop our physical fitness we have the opportunity to develop our mental fitness which is the capacity to respond to life’s challenges with positive rather than negative mindsets and limiting beliefs. Developing mental fitness impacts personal transformation, peak performance, peace of mind and wellness as well as healthy relationships.

The Art of Communication: Appreciation Languages

We often find ourselves frustrated with our colleagues for their lack of understanding or empathizing with our needs. “Why won’t they do things my way?” Or “I’ve been hinting at it for over a month!” Or “How is it so hard to respect each others’ boundaries?” And many more examples we encounter in our professional lives on a daily basis. The goal of this workshop is to explore, discover, understand, and appropriately utilize our own and our colleagues’ language(s) of appreciation through discussion and exploration of intentional forms of communication.
