Join PMDD Health Coach, Rebecca Sairs, for Self-Care Game Plan: Create a Sustainable Self-Care Practice

You know that self-care is important, and you want to make it a priority. But it can be difficult to find time to consistently do it. During this workshop you’ll learn strategies for making a self-care practice easy! And you’ll leave with a personalized plan to help you consistently implement self-care strategies even when life is demanding.
Rebecca is a registered yoga teacher and certified health coach who specializes in helping women soften their PMS PMDD symptoms naturally. She does this by empowering women to make lasting food and lifestyle changes so that they can feel happy and like themselves all month long. Rebecca believes that a woman should be the boss of her health and well-being, and she strives to help her clients keep their power when making decisions around their health. Rebecca is certified through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute, continued her studies under Nicole Jardim in her Fix Your Period Apprenticeship program, and is currently working on her National Board Certification in health and wellness coaching.
