Join Therapist and Self-Care Coach, PaQuita Pullen, for Self-Compassion: A Little Goes Along Way

You can expect to learn basic concepts of self-compassion, benefits of self-compassion, and strategies for implementing self-compassion in your day-to-day.
PaQuita earned a Master of Art in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. She is licensed professional counselor, a board certified counselor through NBCC, and a certified crisis worker through the American Association of Suicidology. Her approach is integrative, developmentally appropriate and multiculturally sensitive. She is skilled in working with individuals, couples, and groups. PaQuita strives to connect with clients in genuineness, empathy and unconditional regard daily. In addition to her role as LPC-MHSP, she is a registered yoga instructor who teaches beginner to intermediate level vinyasa and restorative yoga classes. PaQuita enjoys working with clients dealing with stress/anxiety, burnout, compassion fatigue and career/life purpose transitions. She thoroughly enjoy working with ethnic/racial minorities, males, and clients that are driven, ambitious and thrive with problem-solving and solution-focused techniques.
