Kimberly Best RN, MA is a TN Rule 31 trained Family mediator, focusing on Conflict Coaching, Family Mediation and Healthcare and Elder Mediation in Franklin, Tennessee. She spent most of her career as a Registered Nurse in intensive care, trauma, and emergency medicine, where she cared for people in extreme need and gained valuable experience in the medical system. Kim also trained in Transformative Mediation at Hofstra University and Healthcare Mediation at the University of South Florida and is a working member of the ACR Elder Mediation Professional Development Group. She is passionate about helping others resolve conflicts in a productive, non-litigious way, and in finding the optimal solution to problems for all parties involved. Kim draws from her unique and diverse experiences and her love of learning to inform her work in conflict management. She is author of “How to Live Forever, A Guide to Writing the Final Chapter of Your Life Story”. She is a speaker and trainer on conflict management, transitions and difficult decisions including end of life issues.

Leigh Ann is the vice president and co-founder of Circle Center Consulting, LLC, With the Circle Center, Leigh Ann serves as a development professional for leaders in the healthcare and technology industries in Middle Tennessee.

Using the Circle Process- an ancient method for group consensus building and community, Leigh Ann is able to support the resilience and development of participating leaders and professionals, while also increasing the confidence and skill of those same leaders as they endeavor to lead their own teams in collaborative conversations. Dr. Bonner is an executive coach with backgrounds in the Army, Pastoral Care, and Higher Education who uses a systems-based approach to help his clients gain clarity and insights so they can move forward. Dr. Bonner loves coaching nonprofit leaders to work through priority management issues, overwhelm, time management, among others and speaks regularly on anxiety and resilience.

Terry Warren, an ICF Associate Certified Coach, has more than 40 years of leadership experience in the financial services and healthcare industries, and he has held senior leadership roles in sales, strategic planning, client engagement, and executive coaching. He is a member of the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management Executive Coaching Network and author of The Art of Choice: Making Changes that Count in Work and Life.

In addition, Terry believes in giving back. He has served as the chair of several faith-based nonprofit boards and as a mentor and consultant to nonprofits, both in the United States and abroad. He is Past President of the International Coach Federation–Tennessee.

Through his work as a coach, Terry observed that clients who made choices with intention and commitment were successful in transformational changes.
