Thursday, April 20th - Sleep & Dreams

On April 20th, from 11:30am - 1:00pm, we will be hosting a Sleep and Dreams workshop with Dr. Beth Malow, Professor of Neurology and the Director of the Sleep Disorders Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She's a healthcare clinician, researcher, and educator, having worked in the sleep field for more than 25 years, and gives presentations to community groups regionally, nationally and internationally. In this workshop, we will learn how sleep is one of the key drivers of health and well-being-- - for resilience in caring for ourselves and others, for maintaining a healthy weight, for memory, mood, and more! We will learn easy and effective ways to improve our sleep, fall asleep and stay asleep easier, remember and learn from our dreams, and energize our days.
