Mallory Wyckoff lives with her husband and daughter in Nashville, Tennessee, despite her sincere dislike of country music and Southern food. She teaches in the Bible departments of Lipscomb University and Rochester College, and works in the Doctor of Ministry program at Lipscomb to support students as they conduct research. She is also a spiritual director and has a practice in Nashville where she meets with folks seeking to discern God’s presence and work in their lives and in the world. Prior to teaching, Mallory spent 5 years working with women survivors of sexual trauma, which inspired her doctoral research and informs all of her work. Nancy served as Executive Minister and Minister of Spiritual Formation at Fourth Avenue Church before retiring in June 2016.  Her training is in education and was a school principal for 22 years in Denver before moving to Tennessee in 2005. She received her Spiritual Director’s Certification from the Zoe Organization that is now under the umbrella of the Institute of Christian Spirituality at Lipscomb University.  She has been formally directing for 10 years, working currently with several students at Lipscomb University, members of Fourth Avenue Church, and the Franklin/Nashville community.
